At ARC. Dogwear we're committed to delivering your dogwear quickly and safely.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer - but we'll always keep you updated if this is likely to be the case.
Shipping options and times
We currently offer the following delivery options:
- Royal Mail tracked 24 hours: £5.50
- Royal Mail tracked 48 hours: £4.50
- International shipping: Please contact us directly to discuss International shipping

Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour shipping is available on all orders over £50
Lost or delayed packages
If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us via info@arcdogwear.co.uk and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Returns
We hope you (and your pooch) love everything about your order! If something's not quite right, were here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at your earliest convenience at info@arcdogwear.co.uk referencing your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Items must be clean, unused and free from pet hair or odours.
Exchanges
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct size has been ordered. Please check the sizing guide before placing an order with us. We're happy to offer exchanges, subject to availability. Please contact us at info@arcdogwear.co.uk within 7 days of delivery to arrange this.

Non-Returnable items
We cannot accept returns from the following:
- Items purchased through a third party
- Worn or used items
- Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method 3-5 business days. You'll be notified by email once this has been processed.
